We are accepting applications for artist's and food vendors for our Labor Day event!
Application Information
Sixteenth Annual Flagstaff Art in the Park 4th of July 2022
Please fill in all information requested on the application form located below. The jury process will be based on three images of your work and one image of your booth display. Photos should be accompanied by a written description of your work including process and materials. We will only accept original art and craft handmade by the exhibitor. Commercial, mass-produced, imported, and resale items will not be allowed. Be sure that your photos are representative of the work you intend to display.
Only complete applications will be considered. Applicants will be notified by email of acceptance to the show.
Application Timeline:
Feb 1st: Application opens
April 1-5: Early Bird Jury, acceptance notifications emailed April 8th
May 1: Application closes
May 2-6: Final jury in progress
May 9: acceptance notifications emailed
Setup will begin at 5 AM, July 2nd, and the show will run from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Monday.

The Booth Fee:
10’ X 10’ Booth $425
10’ X 20’ Deep $525.00
10' X 20' Wide $850
An invoice will be emailed directly to artists with your invitation. Booth fees are due within 7 days of acceptance and can be paid by credit card or check. Mail us a check and receive $25 off your booth fee. Late entries will be considered if there is space, at an additional $35 fee.
You must have a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License to participate in this event.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please do so before June 1st, 2022 for a full refund less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given after June 1st.
It is Flagstaff Art In The Park’s sole responsibility to furnish exhibit space and security services. Festival promoters will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities for failure to fulfill the terms of this contract due to the unusable condition of the area in which the festival is to be produced. By signing this form and submitting it as entry you release and hold harmless Flagstaff Art In The Park sponsors and promoters and The City of Flagstaff from any and all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, bodily injury, strike, public enemy, weather, or act of God. Insurance should be obtained by and at exhibitor’s own cost. Festival promoters assume no risk. All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, public safety, and fire prevention shall be strictly obeyed. No damage may be done to the booth area or foliage around it by exhibitor or display.
No stakes will be allowed in the grass.
