Square Root Foods began as a collaboration between a well-traveled chef and two Flagstaff locals with a farm and a passion for food. After selling vegetables to the restaurant, the three became friends and decided to pursue their mutual passions with a new endeavor — a food truck.

We offer a variety of delicious concession treats while focusing on providing the best customer experience.  

Hot Bamboo is a family run Asian Island food brand specializing in steamed buns, rice bowls, dumplings and more!

Our gourmet Italian sorbetto is handcrafted daily using the freshest seasonal fruit as traditional Italian Ice was made 100 years ago. I don’t use mixes.  Every flavor is made from scratch. All of our flavors are 100% natural, gluten, soy and dairy free. We never use milk, cream, stabilizers, artificial flavor, food color, high fructose corn syrup or nuts. Pure cane sugar is added minimally to maintain the natural taste of the fruit. Our products are not sweet. 

Whether you want fresh made samosas or a frozen dozen to take home, you can find us at the Prescott and Phoenix Uptown Farmers Market every weekend.

We are a small, family-owned and operated micro-roastery located in the mountains of Northern Arizona. Passionate about simplifying life, bringing community together, and sharing the art of micro-roasting. We source all of our beans through fair trade, providing an ethical path from the farm to your doorstep.
