Food Vendor application information

Flagstaff Art in the Park - 4th of July and Labor day

15th annual Art in the Park at Wheeler Park, July 2nd-4th, 2022. 

28th Annual Labor Day Art in the Park September 3rd-5th, 2022.

Applications open February 1st- May 1st, 2022 for 4th of July

Applications open April 1st - August 15, 2022 for Labor Day

  •  You are responsible for ensuring you are in compliance with all city, county, and state health department requirements
  • We are required to submit a list of vendors to the Coconino County Health Department & City of Flagstaff. You will be contacted by them to ensure you have appropriate licensing. Questions:

                         ● Sales Tax License: http://www.flagstaff.az.gov/index.aspx?nid=9 

                         ● Coconino County Health Permits: (928) 679-8750 

  • Canopies or trailers are required.
  • Tent spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’.  
  • Food truck or trailer maximum dimensions: 16 feet 
  • The sale of certain beverage products will be coordinated through our sponsor

Booth Fees:

  • 10' X 10' booth                      $530
  • Food truck or trailer           $530
  • Electricity                              included


There is no application fee. Booth fees are due once you’re accepted to participate. Payments may be made by credit card or by check. 


An invoice will be emailed directly to vendors with your invitation.  Booth fees are due within 7 days of acceptance and can be paid by credit card or check.  Mail us a check and receive $25 off your booth fee.  Late entries will be considered if there is space, for an additional $35. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. 

  • No generators will be permitted. Electricity is provided by Flagstaff Art in the Park and is included in the booth fee. We will need to know the amperage you require on your application
  • Water for cleaning will be provided


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please do so before June 1st, 2022 for a full refund less $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given after June 1st. 

  • Trash: Vendors are responsible for cleanliness of their area during and after the festival. Please be a good neighbor and keep your space and surrounding area clean. Standard festival trash containers may not be utilized for vendor waste. Dispose of garbage and grease in proper dispensers. Garbage should be bagged and boxes broken down and moved to dumpsters provided by Art in the Park
  • We strongly encourage using compostable and recyclable materials


It is Flagstaff Art In The Park’s sole responsibility to furnish exhibit space and security services. Festival promoters will not be liable for refunds or other liabilities for failure to fulfill the terms of this contract due to the unusable condition of the area in which the festival is to be produced. By signing this form and submitting it as entry you release and hold harmless Flagstaff Art In The Park sponsors and promoters and The City of Flagstaff from any and all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, bodily injury, strike, public enemy, weather, or act of God. Insurance should be obtained by and at exhibitor’s own cost. Festival promoters assume no risk. All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, public safety, and fire prevention shall be strictly obeyed. No damage may be done to the booth area or foliage around it by exhibitor or display. No stakes will be allowed in the grass.

fOOD VENDOR APPLICATION: FLAGSTAFF ART IN THE PARK

Please fill in all information requested on the application form. Acceptance will be based on a description or photo of your menu and one photo of your booth. Flagstaff Art in the Park accepts a combination of food booths and food trucks. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis until available food spaces are full. All spaces will be preassigned. Only complete applications will be considered.

June 1:  Last day to cancel with a refund


Setup will begin at 5 AM, July 2nd, and the show will run from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Monday.
