Here's what you'll need:
- 4 images of your work and a booth shot to be submitted with your application (remember these photos will be used in our advertising for the show, so make them great)!
- A complete description of what you do
- Booth size and location requests
- AZ state sales tax license number
- Your social media and/or website links for advertising purposes
- Review event terms and accept by submitting your application

Booth Fees

Early Bird application fee January 7- February 8, 2026: $25
Application fee February 9-March 15, 2026: $35
Application fees are nonrefundable
Booth fees are due once you’re accepted to participate. Payments may be made by credit card.

Late entries will be considered, if there is space, at an additional fee. NO REFUNDS will be returned 45 days prior to the show.
You must have a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License to participate in this event.
Additional Information
We will only accept original art and craft handmade by the exhibitor. Commercial, mass-produced, imported, and resale items will not be allowed. Be sure that your photos are representative of the work you intend to display.
Artists must stay within the limits of their pre-assigned space and remain open during all festival hours.
