Applications will be available on ZAPP in January 2026 for both the July and Labor Day weekend Flagstaff Art in the Park events.
All artists and food vendors are required to submit an application through ZAPP. The jury process is based on four images of your work and one image of your booth display. Images must be accompanied by a written description of your work, including process and materials.
Only original, handmade art and craft created by the exhibitor will be accepted. Commercial, mass-produced, imported, or resale items are not permitted. Submitted photos must accurately represent the work you intend to display.
Only complete applications will be considered. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email trough ZAPP.

Applications and payments will be handled through ZAPP. You'll need a ZAPP account to apply. Debit and Credit card payments are accepted.
All exhibitors must hold a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License to participate.
July 3-5, 2026:
Cancellations received before May 15, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2026.
Labor Day Weekend 2026:
Cancellations received before July 30, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 30, 2026.
Flagstaff Art in the Park is responsible for furnishing exhibit space and providing security services. Festival promoters are not liable for refunds or other damages resulting from conditions that make the event area unusable.
By submitting an application, exhibitors agree to release and hold harmless Flagstaff Art in the Park sponsors and promoters, as well as the City of Flagstaff, from any liability including but not limited to theft, personal injury, weather, or acts of God. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance.
All fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations related to public safety must be followed. No damage may be done to booth areas or surrounding foliage.
Stakes are not permitted in the grass.
